What a great surprise! The person on the phone was incredibly kind, friendly, and even gave us advice on how to fix it ourselves. In the end, we decided to call him back to come and do the repair. He arrived quickly, was polite and professional, and did the job perfectly despite the cold and rain.
Thanks to him, I was finally able to drive home safely without any worries. Highly recommend -very reliable, fair prices, and truly a lifesaver!
